The Dow Chemical Company is expanding its pilot U.S. Apprenticeship Program to include military veterans in Michigan this year. Through partnerships between Dow and community colleges, the apprentices are to receive three years of training and on-the-job experience. During this time, Dow will fund the apprentices' tuition. In addition, the apprentices will receive a competitive salary that increases incrementally over their tenure in the program. Recent recruits began training for roles as instrument electrical technicians and process technicians. Learn about careers at Dow on the Dow Chemical Company website at www.dow.com/en-us/careers.
