Woodlawn Lake Park serves as the backdrop for the H-E-B Fireworks Extravaganza that follows a day of free activities and entertainment. The City of San Antonio?s July 4th Celebration, co-sponsored by the Parks Foundation, will take place on Wednesday, July 4. Activities and entertainment are continuous throughout the day starting at 11:30 a.m. with the children?s parade and ending with the H-E-B Fireworks at 9 p.m. Several vendors will offer food and beverages for sale throughout the day.
